Covid 19 Reduced Customer Service and Shipping Delays
We have made a few changes in response to the Covid 19 Pandemic.
We have limited our customer service team and warehouse staff to maintain social distancing. There may be a delay in the processing, packing and/or shipping of your order.
The best way to get in touch with us is via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We are doing our best to respond to text messages and voicemails in a timely manner.
Many shipping couriers are also short staffed and there have been shipping delays that are completely out of our control. The US Postal Service has been very slow lately.
