As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and will proceed to process your order. In the event your item is not unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail. Customizations and custom made items are made to order. You will receive an email with details and time frame. Your order will ship when the item is ready.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed and ship 1-3 business days from the date of your order with the exception of custom items. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our shop to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Domestic US orders ship free. We offer offer expedited shipping of $29 for 2nd day and $38 for next day air. If your order requires customization, it will not be shipped until completed. We will ship to Canada for a flat $35.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders with a California shipping address will be assessed taxes. All orders shipped to an address outside of California will not have added sales tax at this time.
What is your return policy?
All items must have the original tags attached. A return must be initiated with 14 days. Worn, damaged or altered items are not accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Will the silver jewelry tarnish?
Our standard sterling silver pieces are just solid sterling silver so, yes they will require periodic polishing. Our rhodium or 14K plating pieces are plated and will eventually wear off from normal wear or introduction to harsh chemicals such as chlorine or bleach. By keeping the pieces in the original plastic bag, and taking them off when you shower or wash your hands will help to preserve the finish. If you find your item has lost its color or shine, all items purchased from our store can be re-rhodiumed or plated. Prices start at $30. Please email email@example.com with photos for a quote.
What are simulated stones?
Simulated stones are man-made stones. They are made to look similar to natural gemstones. Cubic zirconia is a simulated diamond. We have simulated rubies, emeralds, colored topaz, sapphires, created opals, onyx and other beautiful options. CZ Sparkle Jewelry® is dedicated to maintaining it's focus on using only higher quality materials.
Do you make custom jewelry?
All of our silver pieces can be plated in 14K. We typically do not make modifications to the silver pieces. Many of our styles have lots of small stones and are difficult to change without the risk of other stones coming loose. We are happy to make new pieces in 14K. If you have something specific in mind, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and your budget. We will let you know if this is something we can make for you. We have 38 years of fine jewelry experience.
How durable is your jewelry?
This is fine jewelry. It should be worn with care. We use real settings. Stones are held in place with prongs and bezels. If you drop, hit or bang it against hard surfaces, there is a chance of the prongs being damaged over time and a stone falling out. Harsh chemicals such as ammonia or chlorine bleach should always be avoided. It is recommended you purchase an ammonia free jewelry cleaner.
Help! A stone fell out.
All of our pieces are carefully inspected before shipping. If a stone falls out within 30 days of purchase and there is no damage to the ring, we will be happy to replace or repair the ring. If a stone falls out beyond the 30 days of purchase, the cost for a repair starts at $20. Please email us a photo of your item to email@example.com and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
